Spending most of her life in swimwear, Molly Sharp, the founder & owner, swam competitively starting at a young age and then collegiately at the University of Hawaii. Her passion for swimming and love for the ocean inspired her to launch the brand in 2023. The concept of the brand follows suit with the same natural duality: active yet carefree, fierce yet fun, durable yet luxurious. Molly's creative process is fueled by the pool-to-beach lifestyle and the yin-yang, ebb, and flow juxtaposition that nature often creates. The black line at the bottom of the pool is inevitably the inspiration for the brand's naming, as it represents the hard work it takes to get somewhere and is a reminder to keep going, never give up, and always follow your dreams.
